North Dakota HB 1168: AN ACT to create and enact a new section to chapter 57-38 and a new subdivision to subsection 7 of section 57-38-30.3 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the provision of an income tax credit for purchases of manufacturing and animal agricultural machinery and equipment to automate a manufacturing or animal agricultural process; to amend and reenact subdivision j of subsection 3 of section 54-35-26 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to evaluation of economic development tax incentives; and to provide an effective date.
