Kentucky HB 38: AN ACT relating to area development districts and declaring an emergency. Amend KRS 147A.117 to require that the Auditor of Public Accounts' bill shall not exceed a quote given to an area development district by a certified public accountant for the same audit; EMERGENCY; EFFECTIVE July 1, 2018.
