A BILL TO BE ENTITLED 1
AN ACT TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS TO THE TOWN OF MACCLESFIELD TO 2
PURCHASE EQUIPMENT. 3
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts: 4
SECTION 1. There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Office of State 5
Budget and Management the sum of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) in nonrecurring 6
funds for the 2026-2027 fiscal year to provide a directed grant to the Town of Macclesfield to 7
purchase equipment. 8
SECTION 2. This act becomes effective July 1, 2026. 9
