Kentucky HB 354: AN ACT relating to employment discrimination. Amend KRS 344.040 to exempt employers covered by a comparable or more stringent federal requirement from KRS 344.040, 344.050, 344.060, 344.070, 344.080, and 344.280 if the employer files a statement with the Kentucky Commission on Human Rights.
