Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Communities in Schools of Florida is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 1701, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2020-2021 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $200,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Education to fund the Communities in Schools of 14
Florida as described in Appropriations Project Request 1701. 15
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2020. 16
