Kentucky SB 157: AN ACT relating to water districts. Amend KRS 74.025 to authorize the Public Service Commission to remove all governing persons of a water district for specified causes; authorize the Public Service Commission and the Division of Water to manage the water district or have the commission redraw the geographical area of the water district.
