Kentucky HB 212: AN ACT relating to charity auctions. Amend KRS 139.496 to exempt from sales and use tax the gross receipts derived from a charitable auction held on or after July 1, 2017, but before July 1, 2021, by a nonprofit civic, governmental, or other nonprofit organization.
