Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Apalachicola River Land Acquisition, Cleanup & 9
Redevelopment Project is an Appropriations Project as defined in 10
The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 970, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2019-2020 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $7,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Environmental Protection to fund the 16
Apalachicola River Land Acquisition, Cleanup & Redevelopment 17
Project as described in Appropriations Project Request 970. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2019. 19
