RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF THE HONORABLE
BARRY F. ARMATA OF SUFFIELD TO BE A MEMBER OF THE
JUDICIAL REVIEW COUNCIL.
Resolved by this Assembly:

That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of the 1
Honorable Barry F. Armata of Suffield to be a member of the Judicial 2
Review Council, as a judge of the Superior Court who is not also a judge 3
of the Supreme Court, in succession to the Honorable Vernon Oliver, to 4
serve a term ending November 30, 2028, or until a successor is appointed 5
and has qualified, whichever is longer, is hereby approved and 6
confirmed. 7
