To appropriate funds for the Office for Civil Rights of the
Department of Education.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Showing Up for Stu-4
dents Act’’. 5
SEC. 2. FUNDING FOR THE OFFICE FOR CIVIL RIGHTS OF 6
THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION. 7
In addition to amounts otherwise made available, 8
there is appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury 9
