1.1 A bill for an act​
1.2 relating to capital investment; modifying an earlier appropriation for Trunk​
1.3 Highway 14 and County Road 104 in Olmsted County; amending Laws 2020,​
1.4 Fifth Special Session chapter 3, article 1, section 16, subdivision 36, as amended.​
1.5 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.6 Section 1. Laws 2020, Fifth Special Session chapter 3, article 1, section 16, subdivision​
1.7 36, as amended by Laws 2021, First Special Session chapter 9, section 25, is amended to​
1.8 read:​

1.9 Subd. 36.Olmsted County; Trunk Highway 14​
1.10 and County Road 104 Interchange Construction​
1.11 For a grant to Olmsted County for the county's​
1.12 share of general obligation bond eligible​
1.13 portions of a project to conduct environmental​
1.14 analysis, predesign, design, and engineer an​
1.15 interchange at marked Trunk Highway 14 and​
1.16 County Road 104, including a flyover at 7th​
1.17 Street NW, in Olmsted County, and associated​
1.18 infrastructure and road work to accommodate​
1.19 the interchange. Any amount remaining after​
1.20 substantial completion of environmental​
1.21 analysis, predesign, design, and engineering​
1.22 work may be applied to the county's share to​
1.23 acquire right-of-way for, and to construct,​
1.24 furnish, and equip, this interchange and​
