Tennessee SB 2017: Education - As enacted, extends the authorization for state colleges and universities under the board of regents or a state university board to contract with a board of education to provide for the teaching of the children of public school age in the training school to allow such a contract with any county or city board of education instead of only the local board in the county or city in which the institution is located. - Amends TCA Title 49.
