and development; variance; wheelchair ramps; accessibility 4
Statement of purpose of bill as introduced: This bill proposes to require that 5
appropriate municipal panels that perform development review allow property 6
owners to construct a wheelchair ramp without requiring property owners to 7
submit a zoning permit application. This bill also would require that 8
appropriate municipal panels receive education on the Americans with 9
Disabilities Act as it applies to municipal zoning. 10
