Tennessee SB 2626: Firearms and Ammunition - As introduced, requires the department of safety to issue a replacement handgun carry permit bearing the title "enhanced handgun carry permit" upon the renewal or request of a holder of a valid handgun carry permit issued prior to January 1, 2020; allows the department to charge a fee of $15; prohibits the department from requiring additional tests or classes for the issuance of the replacement permit. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 17, Part 13.
