Tennessee SB 810: Guardians and Conservators - As introduced, provides that all proceeds by the district public guardian for costs and compensation when a disabled person does not qualify for SSI benefits must be kept by the district public guardian to support the ongoing operations of that respective district public guardian. - Amends TCA Section 34-7-104.
