AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 12; 
Title 13; Title 29; Title 49; Title 66 and Title 68, 
relative to real property. 
 
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE: 
 SECTION 1.  Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 66-5-210, is amended by designating 
the existing language as subsection (a) and adding the following as a new subsection: 
 The department of state shall maintain a printable Tennessee residential property 
condition disclosure form on the department's website in a manner accessible to the 
public. 
 SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a law, the public welfare requiring 
it.
