A BILL TO BE ENTITLED 1
AN ACT TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS TO THE CARL CHAVIS MEMORIAL 2
BRANCH YMCA IN HIGH POINT. 3
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts: 4
SECTION 1. There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Young 5
Men's Christian Association of High Point, Inc., a nonprofit organization, the sum of 6
fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) for the 2005-2006 fiscal year to be used by the Carl 7
Chavis Memorial Branch YMCA to provide public service and enrichment programs to 8
the citizens of High Point. 9
SECTION 2. This act becomes effective July 1, 2005. 10
