Rhode Island SB 2393: AN ACT RELATING TO CRIMINAL OFFENSES -- WEAPONS (Allows a person over eighteen (18) to purchase, carry, conceal, possess, use or attempt to use a stun gun for self defense. Additionally, establishes no duty to retreat when using a stun gun for self defense of the person or a third party.)
