 Introduced by Sen. MAY -- read twice and ordered printed, and when
 printed to be committed to the Committee on Finance

 AN ACT to amend the executive law, in relation to providing technical
 assistance to any municipality that has had a college or university
 close within such municipality

 The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
 bly, do enact as follows:

 1 Section 1. Section 153 of the executive law is amended by adding a new
 2 subdivision 4 to read as follows:
 3 4. To provide to any municipality, upon request, in cooperation with
 4 the department of economic develop
