North Dakota HB 1316: AN ACT to create and enact a new section to chapter 39-10.1 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to multipassenger bicycles; to amend and reenact sections 39-01-01, 39-08-01, 39-08-18, and 39-10.1-08 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to definitions relating to multipassenger bicycles, driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, open container prohibition, and exempting multipassenger bicycles from the point system; to provide a penalty; and to declare an emergency.
