Pennsylvania SB 1240: An Act amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in general provisions, further providing for definitions; in certificate of title and security interests, further providing for vehicles not requiring certificate of title; in registration of vehicles, further providing for vehicles exempt from registration; and, in special vehicles and pedestrians, further providing for operation of pedalcycles with electric assist.
