Tennessee SB 230: Judicial Districts - As introduced, requires the senate judiciary committee and the house civil justice committee to conduct at least one joint, public hearing on the judicial redistricting plan proposed by the advisory task force to review composition of judicial districts; requires the general assembly to take legislative action to adopt or reject the plan before adjourning the 111th general assembly. - Amends TCA Title 8, Chapter 14; Title 8, Chapter 7; Title 16; Title 17; Title 18, Chapter 4 and Title 18, Chapter 5.
