North Dakota SB 2393: AN ACT to provide an appropriation for defraying the expenses of the various divisions under the supervision of the director of the office of management and budget; to create and enact a new subsection to section 54-44-11 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to a facility management operating fund; to amend and reenact sections 54-06-14.7 and 54-21-19, subsection 2 of section 54-52-06.4, and subsection 4 of section 54-52-17 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the state leave sharing program, capitol grounds rent collections, and the law enforcement retirement program; to provide for a transfer; to provide an exemption; to provide a report; to provide for a retroactive application; and to provide an effective date.
