Kentucky HB 595: AN ACT relating to school districts. Amend KRS 160.041 to provide a merger process for contiguous school districts; require an insolvent district to be merged with a contiguous school district; require the Kentucky Board of Education to promulgate regulations regarding mergers due to insolvency.
