A BILL TO BE ENTITLED 1
AN ACT TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS TO ESTABLISH A TRAINING FACILITY TO 2
PROVIDE TRAINING IN STRUCTURAL INSULATED PANELS ON THE 3
CAMPUS OF ROBESON COMMUNITY COLLEGE. 4
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts: 5
SECTION 1. There is appropriated from the General Fund to the North 6
Carolina Community Colleges System Office the sum of two hundred thousand dollars 7
($200,000) for the 2005-2006 fiscal year to be allocated to Robeson Community 8
College for the construction of a facility and the purchase of equipment needed to 9
provide training, construction, and use of structural insulated panels (SIPs), high quality 10
foam-core panels used as an alternative construction material. 11
SECTION 2. This act becomes effective July 1, 2005. 12
