RESOLUTION VACATING THE DECISIONS OF THE CLAIMS
COMMISSIONER TO DISMISS THE CLAIMS AGAINST THE STATE OF
KEVIN BERUBE.
Resolved by this Assembly:

Section 1. That the decision of the Claims Commissioner, file number 1
27029 of said commissioner, ordering the dismissal of the claim against 2
the state of Kevin Berube, is vacated and the claim is remanded to the 3
Claims Commissioner for a hearing on the merits. 4
Sec. 2. That the decision of the Claims Commissioner, file number 5
26618 of said commissioner, ordering the dismissal of the claim against 6
the state of Kevin Berube, is vacated and the claim is remanded to the 7
Claims Commissioner for a hearing on the merits.8
