 on March 20, 2025

 WHEREAS, It is the custom of this Legislative Body to recognize and

and purpose to community service, contributing to the welfare of the
citizens of their communities and this great Empire State; and

 WHEREAS, Go To Girls (GTG) is a nonprofit organization made up of
caring, concerned, hardworking women, who believe no family should ever
feel alone, especially when in need; and

stressors discovered the true meaning of friendship and established this
vital organization to bring brighter days to the school-aged children of
the Clarence Central School District; and

 WHEREAS, In partnership with the district Family Support Center,
school counselors and other community outreach programs, Go To Girls
provides support to identified children and families within the

 WHEREAS, Since its inception, Go To Girls has provided 177 Bundles

day; and Kindness Awards have awarded $2,500 to two graduating Clarence
seniors who have displayed acts of kindness; and

 WHEREAS, The success of Go To Girls is in direct correlation to the
efforts of its dedicated founders and support staff, whose involvement
is, and always has been, characterized by an impressive commitment, an
unbridled enthusiasm, and an uncompromising standard of excellence in
all endeavors on behalf of the organization and the community it serves;
and

 WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body that those who
enhance the well-being and vitality of their community and have shown a
long and sustained commitment to excellence certainly have earned the
recognition and applause of all the citizens of this great Empire State;
now, therefore, be it

 RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
