Services at the Department ofEmployment Services (DOES), and to authorize
payment for goods and services received and to be received under these
modifications.

Sec. 2. Pursuant to section 451 ofthe District ofColumbia Home Rule Act,
approved December 24, 1973 (87 Stat. 803; D.C. Official Code § 1-204.51) and
notwithstandingtherequirementsofsection202oftheProcurementPracticesReformAct
of2010,asamended,effectiveApril8,2011 (D.C.Law 18-371;D.C. OfficialCode §2-
352.02),theCouncilapprovesModificationNos.02,03,and04toContractNo, DCAM-
21-NC-RFP-0013B between the DepartmentofGeneral Services and RSC Electrical &
MechanicalContractors,Inc.forConsolidatedMaintenanceServicesattheDepartmentof
EmploymentServices(DOES),increasingthenot-to-exceedamountforOptionYearOne
by $1,419,878.80, from $809,939.40 to $2,229,818.20, and authorizing payment to RSC

Sec. 3. Fiscal impact statement.
The Council adopts the fiscal statement ofthe ChiefFinancial Officeras the fiscal impact
statement required by section 4a of the General Legislative Procedures Act of 1975,
approvedOctober 16, 2006 (120 Stat. 2038; D.C. Official Code § 1-301.47a).
Sec. 4. Effective date.
This act shall take effect followingapproval bythe Mayor(orin theeventofveto bythe
Mayor, action bythe Counciltooverride the veto), and shall remainin effect forno longer
than 90days, as provided foremergency actsofthe Councilofthe District ofColumbia in
section 412(a) ofthe District ofColumbia Home Rule Act, approved December 24, 1973
(87 Stat. 788; D.C. Official Code§ 1-204.12(a)).
