Kentucky HB 224: AN ACT relating to unclaimed life insurance policies. Amend KRS 304.15-420 to make Unclaimed Life Insurance Benefits Act retroactive; require the Department of Insurance to promulgate administrative regulations to specify what constitutes a good-faith effort to confirm the death of an insured.
