Kentucky SB 260: AN ACT relating to strengthening the controlled substances collaborative agreement between physicians and advanced practice registered nurses. Amend KRS 314.042 to add requirements for the Collaborative Agreement for the Advanced Practice Registered Nurse's Prescriptive Authority for Controlled Substances (CAPA-CS).
