Rhode Island HB 8149: AN ACT RELATING TO MILITARY AFFAIRS AND DEFENSE - EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT (Allows the governor to two (2) thirty (30) day extensions of the initial thirty (30) day state of disaster emergency order. After ninety (90) days, general assembly approval shall be required for any further extensions.)
