 AN ACT to amend chapter 831 of the laws of 1981, amending the labor law
 relating to fees and expenses in unemployment insurance proceedings,
 in relation to the effectiveness thereof

 The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
 bly, do enact as follows:

 1 Section 1. Section 3 of chapter 831 of the laws of 1981, amending the
 2 labor law relating to fees and expenses in unemployment insurance
 3 proceedings, as amended
