Kentucky HB 269: AN ACT relating to divorce. Amend KRS 403.044 to state that no testimony can be taken in divorce actions involving minor children of the marriage until one year has elapsed; amend KRS 403.140 to add a divorce and co-parenting education requirement before a divorce can occur when the marriage at issue involves minor children.
