Kentucky HB 69: AN ACT relating to unemployment insurance. Create a new section of KRS Chapter 341 to define a "seasonal/on recall employee" and require certification by an employer; amend KRS 341.350 to exempt seasonal/on recall employees from the waiting week and reemployment requirements.
