Tennessee HB 1395: Foster Care - As introduced, requires the department of children's services to provide a foster parent who is providing care for a foster child that is 15 years of age or older with a supplement in an amount equal to the actual cost incurred by the parent for providing car insurance for the foster child. - Amends TCA Title 37.
