Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Delray Beach Atlantic Dunes Park Phase 2 is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 535, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2019-2020 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Delray Beach 14
Atlantic Dunes Park Phase 2 as described in Appropriations 15
Project Request 535. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2019. 17
