After  consideration  on  the  merits,  the  Committee  recommends  the
following:
HB22-1038
be amended as follows, and as so amended, be referred to
the    Committee    of    the    Whole    with    favorable
recommendation  and  with  a  recommendation  that  it  be
placed on the consent calendar:
Amend  reengrossed  bill,  page  31,  line  27,  strike  "such  period,"  and1
substitute "the ninety-day period after final adjournment of the general2
assembly,".3
Page 32, line 3, strike the first "on".4
Page 32, line 4, strike "governor." and substitute "governor, whichever is5
later.".6
