1.1 A bill for an act​
1.2 relating to capital investment; appropriating money for reconstruction of 322nd​
1.3 Street in Stearns County and the city of St. Cloud.​
1.4 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; 322ND STREET RECONSTRUCTION IN STEARNS​
1.6 COUNTY.​
1.7 $3,150,000 in fiscal year 2026 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner​
1.8 of transportation for a grant to Stearns County or the city of St. Cloud for design, engineering,​
1.9 environmental analysis, land acquisition, and reconstruction of 322nd Street from Stearns​
1.10 County State-Aid Highway 4 to Stearns County State-Aid Highway 133 in and adjacent to​
1.11 the city of St. Cloud.​
