RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF THE HONORABLE
JOSEPH A. LICARI, JR. OF BRANFORD TO BE A STATE REFEREE.
Resolved by this Assembly:

That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of the 1
Honorable Joseph A. Licari, Jr. of Branford to be a State Referee, to serve 2
for a term of eight years from March 14, 2024, is approved and 3
confirmed, and he is appointed a State Referee for said term.4
