I move to amend Senate Bill No. 1473 on Page 4, Line 4 ½ by inserting a new section “D.” to read
as follows:
“D. A guardian who has general guardianship and has been granted an order pursuant to subsection
B of this section shall be present for the ward’s intake assessment with the inpatient mental health
treatment center.”; and
2. By amending the title to conform.
