SERRANO -- (at request of the Governor) -- read twice and ordered printed, and when printed to be committed to the Committee on Rules AN ACT providing for the administration of certain funds and accounts related to the 2026-2027 budget, authorizing certain payments and transfers; and providing for the repeal of such provisions upon the expiration thereof The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem- bly, do enact as follows: 1 Section 1. The state comptroller is hereby authorized and directed to 2 loan money in accordance with the provisions set forth in subdivision 5 3 of section 4 of the state finance law to the following funds and/or 4 accounts: 5 1.
