RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF MICHAEL R. 
RICCI OF GUILFORD TO BE REAPPOINTED A MEMBER OF THE 
STATE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION ARBITRATION PANEL. 
Resolved by this Assembly:  
 
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of Michael R. 1 
Ricci of Guilford, to be reappointed a member of the State Department 2 
of Education Arbitration Panel, as a neutral  arbitrator, to serve a term 3 
ending June 30, 2028, or until a successor is appointed and has qualified, 4 
whichever is longer, is hereby approved and confirmed. 5
