A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS TO SUPPORT THE EQUAL EMPLOYMENT 2 
OPPORTUNITY INSTITUTE. 3 
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts: 4 
Section 1.  There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Office of State 5 
Personnel,  Department  of  Administration,  $38,126  for  the  1989-90  fiscal  year  and  6 
$39,766  for  the  fiscal  year  1990-91  to  support  the  Equal  Employment  Opportunity  7 
Institute. 8 
Sec. 2.  This act shall become effective July 1, 1989. 9
