Tennessee SB 1321: Transportation, Dept. of - As introduced, removes obsolete provision requiring the department, in consultation with the department of safety, local law enforcement agencies, and highway safety offices, to submit a report on or before February 15, 2024, of its findings and recommendations regarding the development of a strategic statewide plan to increase pedestrian safety to legislative committees. - Amends TCA Title 4 and Title 54.
