Idaho H 544: STATE FACILITIES – Amends existing law to provide that rental rates at multiagency facilities shall include a provision sufficient to provide for the long-term maintenance and upkeep of the facilities, subject to the review and approval of the Permanent Building Fund Advisory Council.
