Idaho H 252: FISH AND GAME – Amends existing law to provide that check stations must be established pursuant to policies and procedures defined in rule under specified law; to provide that only certain officers shall be vested with specified authority, to revise provisions regarding certain inspections and searches, to require a warrant, to provide exceptions, and to provide for stops.
