AN ACT ESTABLISHING A FEE ON SHORT-TERM RENTAL
PROPERTIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to establish a fee on short-term 1
rental properties and distribute the revenue generated from the fee 2
proportionally to municipalities. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a fee on short-term rental properties and distribute the
revenue generated from the fee proportionally to municipalities.
