Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. LIMITATION ON AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS FOR 3
U.S. DEPARTMENT OF INTERIOR, BUREAU OF 4
OCEAN ENERGY MANAGEMENT FOR FISCAL 5
YEAR 2024. 6
Notwithstanding any other provision of the law, 7
amounts authorized to be appropriated or otherwise avail-8
able for U.S. Department of Interior, Bureau of Ocean 9
