 AN ACT to amend the labor law, in relation to enacting the "remedial
 construction of New York labor law act of 2026"

 The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
 bly, do enact as follows:

 1 Section 1. Short title. This act shall be known and may be cited as
