Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Life Management Center of Northwest Florida - 9
Forensic Florida Assertive Community Treatment Team is an 10
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 11
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 12
Project Request 238, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2018-2019 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,400,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Children and Families to fund the Life 16
Management Center of Northwest Florida - Forensic Florida 17
Assertive Community Treatment Team as described in 18
Appropriations Project Request 238. 19
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2018. 20
